I haven't crafted this week so I've got nothing to post. But, I wanted to post these darling creations I found. Not exactly crafting, but totally crafty. Edible crafts, I guess. Loving all of these. (click on the picture to be taken to the source)

I wish I would have been better about making some cute decorations. This is close to my turquoise and red obsession, but all Patriotic and whatnot. Super cute stuff. Now I need to go bake.

I can't seem to get enough turquoise lately. Probably the last year, EVERYTHING turquoise has caught my attention. But lately, I've been completely drawn to bright red. Add those two together and you get some gorgeous, bright, happy combos. Here are a few I love (I also desperately want to redecorate my house; can you tell?)

Magnet sets, among other things.

In all of my completely 'meh' state lately, I cannot figure out how I should package these adorable magnet sets I've been making.

Some have four magnets, some have five, some have six. Some are bigger and some are smaller (how's that for state the freaking obvious?). And I would love to create some sort of cute little box or something to hold them all in but it can't cost three hundred dollars because, well, I only sell them for between $5 and $8.

I had the cutest idea ever - an Altoids tin, embellished with coordinating paper.

Guess what? Those little tins are at least $1 apiece. Is it worth having to add an extra $1 to the price, for it to come in a cute little matchy matcherson box?

Any suggestions?

I've been feeling completely uninspired lately. It seems that every cute thought I have, someone's beat me to it. I don't want to make products out there that everyone and their sister have. I don't want to be part of the cookie cutter life, where everything is the same in different colors.

When it comes down to it, how do you get inspiration without looking at others' work? And even then, how do you change it enough to not copy theirs and make it yours?

I create as a sort of therapy for myself, but it's not helpful when my creative juices are not flowing in any way. It's more of a burden at that point.

I did make some cute little zipper flowers, but haven't turned them into clips or anything yet; I'm trying to decide how they'll look their best. They are adorable. I need to get pics of them and post here.

I need something to kick my mind back up into gear so I can start creating again!

Wait, this blog still exists? Sweet! I need to be better about updating things. So here I be. Starting to update.

I put some stuff in the shop awhile back, and it's been neglected since then, but check it out. I'm going to do my best to take more pictures and get more added in the next little while. I have to be able to balance three projects - my scrapbooking stuff, my boutique stuff, and husband's company. It's totally doable. Here are a few cute things recently listed in the shop:

Hey to all the beautiful people who may or may not see this. :)

pomegranate&pink will be present at the amazing Country Carousel Boutique this week, and y'all should stop by to see it! There are some really amazing vendors and absolutely beautiful creations, not to mention a DAY CARE for the kids to go to while you shop. What better way to kick off Christmas shopping? Or, if you need a better excuse, my birthday is in 9 days so stop in and get my present. Alrighty?

The Country Carousel Boutique takes place at Provo High School. Monday from 4pm to 9pm, Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 9pm. Provo High School is located at the corner of Bulldog Blvd. and University Avenue in Provo [go figure].

Provo Farmer's Market

Hi all! You know, all [like] one of you out there that might read this. :) I just wanted to say that you should all attend the Provo Farmer's Market! Shelby and I participated last Saturday and it was great. We both commented on how it's like the nicest people in the world putting on the market and then the rest of the nice people show up. It is incredible!

It takes place every Saturday from sometime in the morning to 2-ish PM and is on the corner of Center Street and 500 East in Provo. For real, you need to go. If you've never experienced the greatness of fresh veggies and whatnot, you NEED to try it out!

I know, I'm a slacker. I don't think anyone reads this blog anyway. But, I wanted to share some exciting news!

pomegranate&pink tutus and bows will now be available for purchase at...

The Primrose Retreat! If you haven't been to this place, please go. Seriously. They have an amazing salon, spa, cafe, mom boutique, girls' boutique AND baby boutique! Oh, and best of all, our tutus and bows! :) They are a super cute place. Plus, they carry Babycakes cupcakes. All you could ever need, in one place. Go, and love it as much as I do.

I just got done with a two-hour listing session on etsy. You need to head over there and see what's new. So many cute things! I'm super in love with the tutus and if I had a little one, I would totally keep them both and make the kid wear them (yes, even if it were a boy). But, I do have a different type of little one who LOVES the tutus and won't leave them alone...

Awwww, what a cute little guy! Okay, he's not that little but still, what a good model. This is Turbo, my Bengal kitty.
